It is not possible to make any plan for betterment without having some basic information on the subject. As we have been talking about the lack of human rights issue being addressed in Nepali ‘mainstream’ cinema; we do not have any data or evidence to show, which has been derived from a quality research/study. Hence, HRFC plans to undertake a research on Nepali cinema industry and how it has addressed human rights issues from its beginning.
